I'd recommend Hendy Hyundai Poole to a friend because my experience was second to none. We saw a number of cars with some really good discounts on Carwow website and then looked at further offers and chose an identical car to our own but obviously newer. We travelled down from the North East to Poole to collect the car which was a bit of a hike but we were met by Oscar for the first time and he had been my contact throughout the deal. He was professional and efficient in the smooth changeover. We left a very happy couple with our new car that sits resplendent on our drive. A big thank you to Oscar and Hendy for their cracking deal

I would not recommend Hendy Hyundai Poole because of the above,they need to tighten up their preparation and handover procedures.

My experience at Hendy Hyundai was very good. I particularly appreciated Richard getting back to me on his day off. Communication was good and the purchase was very smooth. The car was delivered at the agreed time. Delighted with it.
